About Southern Maryland Food Connection

Southern Maryland is blessed with so many caring and good-hearted people, representing a wide range of community and faith-based organizations. Many of them have been distributing food to those in need for years. But for those who are hungry, it can be difficult to keep track of what options are available — and to know when and where they can find food on any given day.

Now, Southern Maryland Food Connection makes it easy.

With generous support from Charles County Charitable Trust, as well as End Hunger Charles County, these local organizations have come together to provide a central destination where our neighbors in need can come to identify locations to find available food throughout the week. And local farms and their customers are helping provide nutritious produce and meat to feed our community.

We are so grateful for the efforts and collaboration of each and every one of the groups listed below. We are united in our mission to ensure that all are fed, all are nourished and all are given an opportunity to thrive.
